Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Orbittly collects when you use orbittly.com and our products, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account details. When you sign in with Google or GitHub, we receive your name, email address, profile picture and the account identifier from that provider. We never receive your password.
• Sign-in activity. When your account was created, when you signed in, the IP address and browser of each sign-in session, and when you last opened the Data Profiling Manager.
• Waitlists. The email address you give us and the product you asked to hear about.
• Email preference. Whether you asked to receive product news, and when you changed that choice.

What we do not collect

• The contents of files you profile in the Data Profiling Manager. Profiling runs in your browser and the rows stay on your device.
• Your AI provider keys or AI requests. If you use AI assistance in the Data Profiling Manager, your browser sends those requests directly to the provider you choose.
• Advertising or cross-site tracking data. We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and no analytics or advertising cookies.

How we use it

We use your details to run your account, give you access to our products, send the waitlist emails you asked for and, only if you opted in, send product news. You can turn product news off at any time from your account page.

Who processes it

Orbittly runs on Cloudflare, which hosts the website and stores account data on our behalf. Google and GitHub process your sign-in under their own privacy policies. We use MailerLite to send waitlist and product news emails to people who asked for them. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

AI Product Builder

The AI Product Builder connector at mcp.orbittly.com has its own privacy notice at mcp.orbittly.com/privacy.

How long we keep it

We keep account details while your account is active. Waitlist entries are kept until the product launches or you ask us to remove them. Sign-in sessions expire after 30 days.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete your account and waitlist entries by emailing info@orbittly.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that affects you, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, tell you by email.
