Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use orbittly.com and the products offered through it. By creating an account or using a product, you agree to them.

Your account

You sign in with a Google or GitHub account that you are entitled to use. You are responsible for activity under your Orbittly account. Tell us at info@orbittly.com if you believe someone else has access to it.

Free products

The Data Profiling Manager and the AI Product Builder are offered free of charge. We may change, limit or discontinue free features, and we will give reasonable notice where we can.

Paid plans

Paid products and the all-access membership are not yet available. Their prices and billing terms will be shown before you subscribe.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the products to break the law or to process data you have no right to use.
• Do not try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to our systems.
• Do not resell or redistribute the products without our written permission.

Your data and outputs

You keep ownership of your data and of the results you produce with our products. You are responsible for checking results before relying on them, including any suggestions made with AI assistance.

No warranty

The products are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we make no guarantees that they will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from their use.

Ending your account

You can stop using the products at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you before it takes effect.
